Step 1
Find your test using the search bar below. You can type either the test number, or the test name. Once you find your test, enter your quantity, then click the “Purchase” button.
Step 2
Once you’ve ordered your tests, click the “Cart” button to review your purchases. Or, if you’re ready, simply click the “Checkout” button.
Step 3
On the next screen, enter your billing details. When you’re ready, you can use the “Paypal Checkout” option to submit your payment information. You will be directed to your Paypal account to complete payment. That’s it! You can now submit your sample. Click here to to get your submission form.
